Charlie Sheen was the star of the most popular sitcom on TV. But his problems with the police and drugs and alcohol have at least temporarily killed Two and a Half Men. He still has a chance to turn things around though. Warner Bros. left open the possibility of restarting the canceled show next season.

2.Lindsay Lohan

It’s been six years since Lohan’s successful film, Mean Girls, hit theaters. Since then the once-promising star has been on a downward spiral. Her latest problem — she was recently accused of stealing a necklace and could face jail time.

3.Mel Gibson

“Mel Gibson Rant” was one of the most search topics last August.Instead of digging himself out of his hole, Gibson just seems to be getting deeper into trouble. After a DUI arrest where he hurled insults at the cops, his girlfriend released tapes of Gibson allegedly threatening her. His next film, The Beaver, is scheduled to hit theaters in May.
