Priced at $1.7million, the condo deal is yet to be finalized. For his 17th birthday, this 2,400 square foot present features three-bedroom and four-bathroom pad. The condo spots white marble flooring, a hardwood kitchen with stunning ebony cabinets that comes with winter white counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The living area features an all-white grand piano, an in-wall customized flat-screen television.
The pad also features a built-in wet bar with wine fridge which to enjoy Bieber will have to wait another 4 years. There are two parking spots in the garage. The house also has a party room, fitness room, and a heated indoor pool and spa.
